Hopefully, we will START that process by having birth certificate or passport AND Social Security ID presented each and everytime a drivers license is requested... Motor Voter laws have neglected to get that ID when the person registers to vote.

The US Congress has required that American businesses require an I-9 on EVERY employee....Why shouldn't it be required of EVERY voter in America....
