you're not suggesting any change in Shannon's behavior Apparently you missed: we tried to help him to avoid those uses of the language which trigger such impassioned responses Shannon produces his intentionally and on a regular basis. I do not believe that it is actually intentional in the sense that you seem to believe his intent is to annoy or rile or irritate. I think this is simply his style and manner. It is a style which would fit right in down at the pub, but doesn't fit in at afternoon tea.
