Human delivered services have not, ........ but other factors which substantially increased efficiency .... do not want to bring up the issue of computing power but the side effect of speed of information and ability to preserve capital increased much more not to mention the ability to deploy capital in a very productive manner.

Best example in this field is Just in Time inventory not feasible 15 years ago due to lack of enough computing power and speed of communication. Forecasting of consumer trends etc. had major impact in saving money would add to that advances in CAD/CAM and the list goes on.

Inventory turns went down from 4 to 6 15 years to as high as 20 times a year. Just ask Wallmart, GM, Ford etc.

International travel is lower in price for example even that energy prices are the same more or less, due to great improvement in finding and extracting energy sources from coal to oil to gas ...... Due to technology advances the cost of exploration is below half it was 15 years ago
