GZ, Gene Roddenberry was a genius, but the Borg was actually created after his death. BTW I had the opportunity to play golf with him once in Aspen, Colorado in 1972. He lost all his balls by the fourth hole, and asked my brother if he could borrow a ball and play along with us. After we played about 3 holes we asked him what he did, and he said "I produce a show called Star Trek, ever heard of it?" They were having a producer's convention at a hotel next to the course.
