If I could get that answer would it be helpful?

The answer is found in the excuses that those analysts would buy from telcom "experts", and is already out of date.

Could you clarify?

The existing distribution model employed by carriers is inadequate. They know that now, and they are doing something about it, by necessity, which MS analysts don't believe is occurring.

But if its taking off they will need more infrastructure ( which I think had been your point for awhile)

My point was that they don't need more, but they do need better. Better is more, so it is both taking off and not taking off.

Based on all of the cables current financial structure and current displeasure from the investing public, where are they going to come up with the money to pay for this "taking off".

It suddenly appears like magic. Everything great comes from money which can't be seen. Don't put money as a requirement for anything.

I would if I could,

That's the first installment in the magic.

but its not here

That's what MS telcom analysts think.

and based on the speed around here, we will be using microwave from our space station around Mars before I see it.

Satellites in communications have only a few more years before they're discontinued.

who is "they" in this case?

Carriers.

Are these mutally exclusive or can be done concurrently?

They're equivalent. A hierarchy is virtual and evanescent, and rides on the null paths of the metric.

How much money do you think it would cost to the closest 10 billion dollars?

The investment has already been made. The seeds have been sewn. Now it's only a matter of reaping.
