No, Augusta shouldn't exclude women.

No, there should not be a law that forces a private organization to admit members it doesn't want.

And, yes, women's organizations should use whatever legal means they can to force change.

Hey, you were supposed to take the opposite position - that the gov't should force Augusta to do NOW's will.

I have over the years been a member of several yacht clubs. Traditionally these have been men's organizations. One admitted women before I joined. One didn't and the issue of doing so never came up. In one it did because a woman applied for membership and objected when told women were not admitted. I voted for the resolution (which passed) changing the rules.
