I don't see the current business scandals as being partisan issues - though party loyalists will attempt to spin it this way.

The more media attention the scandals get, the better. Some CEO's and CFO's who deserve to will go to prison and thus serve as an example to others. Boards of directors will start to do their job. Bad business/accounting practices will be purged. In the long run, our system will be better off.
