Duke: Your knowledge or really lack thereof of the bible is showing again. Actually God began the tradition in telling the Israelites how to rid themselves of sin. It was actually a precursor to Calvary. The following refers: Leviticus 16 22 The goat will carry on itself all their sins to a solitary place; and the man shall release it in the desert. As a lawyer I would think it might behoove you to become familiar with the genis of our system of juris prudence. As far as dotcom is concerned- never invested in one. They didn't seem to really make or sell anything. Yes I missed Ebay. But on the main let buyer beware suffice. I don't think the CPA's ever lied about any of the startups and in fact many folks just disregarded those statements suggesting that the companies concerned were not viable as ongoing concerns. JFD
