that's the issue? is it too late?

my gut feel is that gov't programs aren't going to do sh*t until some of the excesses are eliminated from this market. the dollar is falling and our markets, stock and bond, are going to follow. this will lead consumer confidence south, and there isn't a whole lot anyone can do.
