It is basically trash, because it assumes that Bush is all-knowing and omnipresent when information is passed around, that he's unscrupulous and conniving, and that he has no other use for his money. (he wanted to pay off a $US500,000 loan he had raised to buy into the Texas Rangers baseball team.) If you want to know the truth about this, ask Laura Bush. If he's lying, she will kick his butt.
