I agree. And I doubt he takes the 5th. I tell you I think that someone ought to investigate that call Rubin made to Treasury to see if he could influence the rating agencies. That's got to be illegal.....

FWIW, I haven't found any trading irregularities on Enron yet in searching through the insider trade reports. Perhaps that's why no charges have been filed.
