Ish, That is true. I don't know much about the aquifer in Florida, such as where it starts, and how deep or wide it is, but the one in Texas is huge, and begins up in Montana, or somewhere close. It can be difficult to depend on water from rain so far away. I think it is called the Ogalala aquifer.
