Here is the relevant paragraph of which you are not well versed.
"g) Posting improper or off-topic messages or posting more than twenty messages in six hours."
That allows me 24 messages per hour or about 40% under my limit for the period to which you are referring.

I hope you can now accept that I have not "been, dangerously, close to violating them." Incidentally, the commas around dangerously are not necessary.
