How did you feel about Clinton's draft dodging?

He made good money as a CEO. Good for him!

I doubt Cheney made the purchase you mentioned without shareholder and director approval. So, its silly or naive or maybe just plain stupid to place the entire blame on his shoulders. But, even so, even good managers get burned from time to time. Nothing unusual about that either.

Finally, the "cooked books" stuff is still an unproven allegation at this point. Being somewhat of a believer in the rule of law and the US Constituion, I'll keep an open mind until I see the results of the investigation....

If it walks like a pig, snorts like a pig, smells like a pig...it probably is a pig. In the book of the person to whom you write, ONLY if the "pig" is a dem. Cheney and Ken Lay are interchangeable, but Lay hasn't been convicted of anything either. He's a monster who together with buddies Fastow and Skilling has ruined more lives than Stalin.
