Must be at the expense of domestic support quality D.J <ggg>. My wife booted up her 'Dell' this morning and got a black screen that said 'back your system up immediately, your hard drive is failing'... System bought last October. Called Dell, a woman with a strong Indian accent picked up and after some trouble understanding what she was trying to say I figured out that Dell's network was down and that she would call back to make an appointment to get the drive replaced. Wanna bet I never get a callback and have to call in again to get the ball rolling??? I'll post if I'm wrong and they actually DO call me back...

D.J.

Now you really can't trust nor believe those island people half way around the world, can you? How can that article be truthful, especially since we have so much anecdotal evidence that DELL's service sucks and is deteriorating right here in the good 'ol USA ?
