if Fed cuts rates, watch the USdollar go out of control down
this would be a colossal error
and would bring with it extremely large consequences in several areas:
- currency crisis
- accelerated stock declines
- inflation encouragement within US economy

the stock market is NOT dropping because of poor earnings expectations so much
it is from false reporting of earnings systemically

the bigger reason has to do with a falling USdollar
if the Fed cuts rates, then the US$ enters a freefall

they wont cut
this addresses directly a MAJOR POINT made by me for weeks
THE FEDERAL RESERVE AND GREENSPAN ARE CAUGHT IN A BOX
they cannot raise rates
they cannot lower rates
they are POWERLESS
the next few months with US$ action and S&P500 action will make this point abundantly clear
