Yep, that's the story we're hearing, and I guess we'll keep on hearing it. Good story. Impossible to verify; but that's what makes it so good. Either the man had a hyperactive guardian angel looking after his financial life, or there was a bit of insider sneaky work involved. Given that choice, especially where business or politics are involved, I'll go with the sneaky work as the default assumption every time. If your experience of human nature is different from mine, you're welcome to believe the opposite. If it was anybody else, would you be so willing to assume a coincidence?
