Thanks Vaughn, I looked in my account this morning and it still showed zero for price, made me wonder when things would finally go through. Any Idea what it's going to trade at? How many shares were in the $2M financing?

Never mind Vaughn, just went and got a quote under the DDN symbol. 0.50 to 0.55 last at 0.50, which is what I seemed to recall it would start at. About 60,000 shares traded.
