Ali, re: First, I never said that it is _your_ statistics. So what did you mean when you said "it is no surprise that your statistics gives below 3%"? re: Bubble money are not going into sleepy country, which never will appreciate fast enough. They flow into urban areas around high-tech, where the real estate has grown way out of proportion. OK, MSA rankings and 1 year appreciation. Dallas, rank 125, 3.87%; Houston, rank 148, 3.40%; San Antonio, rank 166, 2.71%; Austin, rank 184, 1.08%. This is based on real hard data, not on the aberrant brain waves of Ali Chen. John
