I was discussing that NY Times chart with Mick Mormony on the thread a short while ago, and could not believe that Cisco and Intel were not on it. Both are 'megafloat' large cap techs, with Cisco particularly active on the options front. Makes me suspect the overall data...

I think the bill of which you speak was passed over Clinton's veto.

Edit: BTW, I notice the market is tanking. Did Bush give a speech or something? It seems every time he opens his mouth lately, the Dow gives up 200 points.

With Joe Lieberman stopping FASB from publishing the stock option expense rule. Come on , all you elected officials, it is to time to come out clean. Clean the house and senate first.
