DRTE It is not really a Biotech or Pharma Co., but a software Co.<g>

However, its major customers are large, multinational Pharma Cos., including: ABT, AGN, AZN, AVE, BMY, CLL, DNPCY.PK, LLY, FRX, NVS, PFE,TDCHF.PK,TINLY.PK, WYE and a few others.<g>

More than half of its 2001 revenues reportedly came from its two largest clients, PFE and BMY.

The company had an "upgrade" on June 3 from Grunthal to Near Term "Outperform" from Near Term "Perform".<g>

It is likely that the earning report to be announced on July 25 will be better than last year's since in the June Q of 2001 the Co. had a "non-recurring" charge of $15.75M <g> (All the other Qs including the last one have been on the black)

At any rate, what it seems interesting is that the company afte the last five days of steady decline may have found support at the 7.50 level since it is up today in spite of the general market.<g>

The NAZand the DOW

As I mentioned on Monday, the DOW seems that will test the September 2001 L at 8062 (Today's L so far at 7970 is already well past that point in spite of the "curbs in".<g>)

The NAZ's September L and its nearest support is at 1320 which was tested on July 11.(It is already below it at 1311.<g>)

In general not a good day for the market.

Let's hope there is a "selling climax" on Monday, but overall the picture doesn't look good.

Among the few Biotechs staying out of the red today:

AMGN ARDN AVN CALP CPHD CRGN CYGN DCGN KOSN IMNR INGN GENR EBIO DPII NTII PGNX POZN QTRN RIGL SGMO STEM VGNX

The BTK today performed somewhat better than the DOW and the NAZ as it closed at a higher point (compared to its intra-day L at 9.35AM <g>)and the other two finished closer to their intra-day Ls.

The BTK was down 1.65% for the day, the DOW 4.64% and the NAZ 2.79%.
