Semis : Merrill Lynch's Joe Osha recommends investors hold off on buying shares despite the recent sell-off; firm does not believe valuations are yet compensating investors for the ongoing lack of visibility into a recovery. Firm's stance for U.S. stocks continues to be cautious with 24 of the 33 stocks in their universe rated neutral or lower in the near term; notes that non-U.S. names continue to be notably cheaper than U.S. names.
