We've bounced off the 8235 close on 9/21. The low for that day was 8062. That will be the next stop if 8235 does not hold.

This is truly unbelievable. The retest of that 9/21 closing low negates all the progress the economy has made since 9/21. Either this is totally the result of corporate scandals, or the economy definitely is going for a double dip.

DOW down 435 pts and plummeting

Plummeting? What do you mean? Down 435? I don't think so. According to my screen is closed down 45 or so -- a pretty typical day.
