UnAmercan Thinking as defined by me.

#reply-17739150 From: Mark Anderson
And it could show that Harken mis stated in respect to the subsidiary purchase and
the SEC knew it.

This individual posts the above today and if this is his belief. Then these previous
assertions show self evident UnAmerican thinking..... Guilt declared based upon a
feeling.

Total unAmerican smear mongering.
All of Mark Anderson's protests otherwise are incorrect.

Did Mark Anderson make the statement? #reply-17725295 I see no defense of the
fraudulent subsidiary purchase.

Is that statement a declaration that a crime was committed?

Did Mark Anderson make the statement? From: Mark Anderson #reply-17724980 "I
dont give a shit what the SEC thinks or does"

Does that statement declare Mark Anderson has made a declaration that a crime
was committed ignoring facts and opinion.

Did Mark Anderson make the statement?

From: Mark Anderson #reply-17724997

No. I think it is the hangover from the last eight years of greed and endemic fraud given rise by an Administration (Clinton's) which was all too obviously fraudulent itself. The market is returning to more realistic valuations.....
