STep out your front door. Pick up the paper, read about Enron, Imclone, Worldcom and Andersen revised accounting (lack of) principles. Give the American public credit. While there is question about the questionable bottom line reports issued from corporations, who in their right mind will step into that muck? You? No, you're cutting your profit whether people are coming or going bankrupt from your cut of home sales/foreclosures. Isn't that what you posted here last week?
