Who was President while ENRON, Worldcom, IMClone, and Andersen were cooking the books??

Did you know that Clinton's SEC director, Leavitt, had identified all these issues by early 1999 but could not get Clinton interested (probably because they served no fundraising purpose)?

I already debunked the Cheney taught Andersen nonsense....
