So if they never make changes, why do now with stocks down from $150 to $5? And cash out from their 401Ks is not for another 20-40 years out after all.

IMO, I think we get a rolling bottom and anyone who is still waiting for capitulation will be sadly disappointed.

This all fits into Buffets historical analysis of the market.
This is why i say one can pick on the average investor all they want, but it is they who RULE overall market direction.
Trader action/PPT action can hold a market in a volatile,up/down movement, but nonetheless downtrending range, however traders and PPT etc. can not reverse a trend. Max
