3:40 (Dow Jones) Huge comeback in stocks will have capitulation on the lips
of nearly everyone - except most technicians. Things looked pretty bleak, but
probably not bleak enough for the most dire. Only time will tell, but the VIX
has dropped back below 40, put/call ratios never got too worrisome, and volume
isn't of blowout proportions, to name a few. DJIA off 126 at 8557, Nasdaq Comp
falls 17 to 1357, and S&P 500 falls 12 to 908. (TG)
