I posted the pacer docket. I don't see where the judge gave him a due date.

Thats right...SCARRY HE CLAIMED DISABILTY INSURANCE. AND CONTINUED TO WORK. NO BIGGER FRAUD THAN MOST OF YOU CHUMPS EXPENSING ITEMS ON YOUR TAXES THATS FOR PERSONAL USE. I LOVE THE BOAT AS A SECOND HOME AS A PERSONAL FAVORITE.
