No. I did not. I stated that violations of the technical reporting variety are quite common not that they are right. In my experience it is the disconnect between the party responsible and the practical aspect of the company actually filing the report which often leads to the delay.

Now, Bush did file his 144. Obviously he wan't trying to hide anything. If he hadn't filed both forms I could understand the hype. That would be a clear indication of trying to hide something. In this case, its a technical violation akin to a traffic violation.

Its much ado about nothing. Political garbage.
