If they use real vanilla bean, they might be similar. By the way, you can eat the Bavarian cream with or without raspberries. I generally eat some without, then break down and have some with, as long as they do not drown the vanilla flavor......Oh, a hint: Breyer's French vanilla with fresh strawberries, probably with a little sugar on the berries to balance the tang, is an good pinch hit for vanilla lovers.......
