I hear ya Mish. I couldn't handle SI & The Fool, so I opted for just SI, and now I'm back to flipping constantly.

Q. How big a retracement do you see and will it be tomorrow?
Do you think this is our local bottom or is 1296 still in play after another GNT?

A. I wish I had an answer to that question, I still have some weakness tomorrow, at least in the morning, but I am not sure if it is going to go under that 1315 we printed today.

Q. Does the fact that Comp volume was unimpressive mean anything to you?
A. It does fit with the general concept that the bottom here is not "the bottom" and the ramp will be short lived.

Q. Do you feel that there may be another opportunity to get in there for those who may have missed the run today?
A. Could be, but the run here is powerful, if you missed enter here just a little, and then on a retrenchment some more. We are not going straight up to 1555.

LG wrote: INDU encountered resitance at 8600. An expected area as it was in the area of pivot lows on 7/11 and 7/12.
Zeev replied: I think that 8600 will be taken out before the end of the week, maybe even today. My horns are well fastened, that 1315 call earlier today was not too shabby. Come to think of it, the "time stamp on tha call was at $2:38, can't be closer (g).

Q. What are you charts telling you for the rest of the week?
A. All I had was a bottom before mid day Wednesday, there is still an outside chance of a whack to 1296, then I see a run to 1526/55 by the end of this month, possibly early August.

Q. Are you reading the DOW dropping more and bouncing less?

A. I am not sure yet, very recently, as george has accurately observed, the big caps are getting pounced on harder, that is often the sign of an end stage in a cyclical bear. I had a target low on the Dow last December at 7500, and we could reach that before late October.
