How the evil-doers (isn't that George Bush's term?)
should be treated:

I like the suggestion today (by US Senator from Montana, I think)
that the confiscation of property allowed in 'drug kingpin' cases
be extended to convicted 'corporate kingpins'.

E.g. if Sullivan were convicted, hypothetically, they might
take the house, take the bank accounts, take the off-shore accounts, take it all.
Leave him with a Panama hat, a pair of shorts, a pair of flip-flops,
no suntan oil, let him fry in the Florida sun.

I don't know what the exemption laws are in Florida,
although if I recall correctly they are quite favorable,
but the personal exemption available for residences in
most states is pretty paltry. It might cover his garage.
I think it's around $125K in California for a married couple.
