I never had any problems with Tulving, but it has been a while since I ordered anything. He did take a while to clear personal checks, so I switched to money orders and the ilk. I have wondered in the past where he was getting his stuff from. Then I realized that he is in the same town as Monex (www.monex.com, Newport Beach, California). I wouldn't be surprised if he buying the orders from them. I wonder if Monex is having problems delivering?
