Last night we (husband and son, Ammo) were playing Facts in Five. Did you ever play that game? We introduced it to Ammo a couple of weeks ago and now every night he wants to play. It's a trivia game where you pick five cards that give you a category-- like Famous Bosnian Politicians or Types of Insects native to the Bahamas-- and then you draw five letters. You have a certain amount of time to fill in the categories with answers that start with those letters. You can also draw an asterisk that is a Free Pick.

We take turns drawing the letters and last night we drew IN ORDER- I kid you not- the letters Z- I- O- N- and then an asterisk. I was very excited.

"Look at this! This must mean something!"

"It means I won't get any answers on the Z line," said Dan.

"But it says ZION and then a star! What are the odds?"

"Yeah, this is better than that goat," agreed Ammo. "I think we should call the National Enquirer."

But we didn't, of course. Because we couldn't figure out what it meant. These signs have to mean something. We aren't even Jewish.
