The only sure investments are becoming those which you can see, touch and feel, and have some control over. Real estate, your own business, raw materials, bonds.

True, foreign investments seem even worse, for the most part, at least on the surface. Altho' I'm sure there are those who have a more reliable opinion, like Mobius and Rogers.
