Hi Jay: An interesting tidbit of a story - John Bollinger (of Bollinger bands) on european CNBS explaining the yesterday's ramp-up job as a reaction of a retail investor to the PFI news. I see them all in my mind's eye, sitting for hours bent over WSJ, trying to figure out, wth could THAT mean. Then, stretching their legs, drinking their last drop of morning coffee at 14:30PM, they all went and ordered big time. As Italians say:"Si non e vero, ma e ben trovato" - even if it's not true, it makes a nice story. What's your take on new SA legislation? dj
