Getting a complete response letter is a serious event. You were one of those who thought that the FDA gave BGEN a complete response to their BLA. Only after some time did you admit that it was BGEN that was obligated to provide a response to the FDA that was complete in every way. I did not know until Flu Mist that there was a possibility that another request for a complete response could be made after the first one was replied to. The Amevive saga is not yet over, and of course the Xanelim saga has just begun. I do not know when the FDA will receive the complete response from BGEN, nor do I know when they will respond to BGEN, nor do I know that they will not simply ask for another complete response.

I would like to kindly ask what your intent is and tell you the effect you have on me. Perhaps I will be able to understand you as a result. Just for example is this opening line from the subject post: "Mr Gw, the very cool one, who sees imclowns and elanes all over the place and never see the contingencies..." I understand English is not your native language and I have tried to adapt to the difficulties you have, but when you get cute and complicated (and sarcasm seems to often be attempted), I just can't understand even what you are trying to say. I think about asking George or others, or possibly just trying to ignore your posts, but thought I would tell you first of my difficulty. You might wish to try to simplify your language if the intent is to be comprehensible. Thank you for your attention. Lance
