Have you seen the H&S on the 10-year T-bill that measures to 2.8? That's pretty compelling. There were a lot of trendlines on the treasury chart that were obliterated recently, and the weakness in the economy leads me to believe the Fed is staying put and will adopt a Japanese central bank strategy of reducing rates to near zero next year (maybe fed funds of 0.50%).
