You don't get it -- competent leaders don't run the country by the latest polls. They ignore them, and move on with their business.

You bandy around words like they mean something. Bush is a good ole boy who uses that skill to his advantage. Competency isn't in his vocabulary.

Are you unable to see that governing by polls is one of the main amateurish mistakes Clinton* (*impeached) made?

Once again your elitism comes to the fore. The polls are what the people want. This is a democracy; not an autocracy. You seem to get the two confused repeatedly.

Had Bush continued this trend, I would have been deeply concerned. It's called leadership. Don't even give it a thought -- it is beyond your comprehension.

Thanks. I won't give it even a second thought. If I did, I would have to forgo all that I've learned to date.......and bushit doesn't hold a candle to what I've learned.
