Even a stopped clock is right twice a day. Watch him pump W et al if the market rallies. He is a disgrace having joined a generation of economists who decided it is easier to earn a living being a political apologist than an objective scientist. Sorta like the health people who whored themselves to the tobacco companies claiming smoking didn't cause disease.
