TYC falls 7.5% on Goldman Sachs note : Tyco changed to Not Rated at Goldman -- SEC concerns (TYC) 14.48: Goldman Sachs changes its rating to NOT RATED from Recommended List reflecting heightened concern over a new/renewed SEC investigation. Based on July 2 letter sent to the SEC by the Committee on Energy and Commerce, firm is concerned that further scrutiny of Tyco's accounting practices could be forthcoming.
