That was only in case of a public offering which did not go through. I started a company that went public and I had to go through the same thing so I am familar with what a lock up agreement is. For the country to go though 8 years of the most crooked and incompetent President ever and then try to attack a man who has our best interest at heart is a shame. I bet you could not sleep at night with Clinton, eh?
