Any "facts" in this unfavorable WSJ piece on LVLT et al, and their options problems for shareholders?

"Level 3 Communications Inc. , in which billionaire investor Warren Buffett recently invested, already records its employee stock options as an expense. But Level 3 is taking heat for a more fundamental problem with option plans -- they are potentially dilutive of public shareholder interests, Tuesday's Wall Street Journal reported."

biz.yahoo.com

LVLT is crap, and has been crap for over 1 year. The only ones who have made serious money in this besides dumping CEO crow, Walter Scott, and two time BOND buyer, Buffet ARE THE SHORTERS and traders IN THIS STOCK.

Shorting at the bottom of a trading range is scarey
Going long at the bottom of this trading range is equally scarey.

Somebody else is going to own LVLT's assets stripped of debts, and LVLT will take their debts & will go BK, just like the carrion are circling WCOME.

BANK on it.

This is a stupid response, or you are trying to trick people.
First of all.
The LVLT Fast E is only for a physical connection and you are forced to get it at a Level 3 facility. Call Level 3 and ask; they will tell you. It does not include any bandwidth at all. It is only the connection. On top of the Fast E $1350 charge you need to pay the bandwidth prices I had already mentioned. This puts Level 3 prices at an even higher cost point than before. Basically, what you have indicated is that on top of the fact that Level 3's prices are 95% higher (in other words 1850% higher), their customers would need to pay additional fees for the Fast E connection first, and in their facility.

Secondly your stated link and prices are NOT cogent's. Next time, please try not to look lame and do your homework first. That URL you provided compares T1, T3, and OC3 monthly cost to Cogent's monthly cost for a 1000Mbps, which is only $10/Mbps.

I have been comparing apples to apples, and I know the differences.

Now, I remember why I don't bother posting things, because I get deceitful and warped answers from little players trying to incorrectly guide buyers.
