Well, it *is* an option, just not a vested one, but I think your point is valid. I haven't looked into the option expense proposals in any detail, but it seems like they would have to deal with vested options since, as you point out, they are of only theoretical potential value until they vest ... and how much more nebulous can one get than "theoretical potential"?
