craig, i see you are into dropping credentials now to prove a point the EVIDENCE shows is false.

MANY, MANY, MANY more people have tried atkins than the zone.

they NEVER had the results that the zoner have had.

not even close.

why?

the obvious answer is that atkins is not about peak performance and the zone is.

if the obvious answer is wrong, please cite the evidence.
