Buddy, let's get on the same page here. The lockup letter was signed in April 1990 and was specifically related to the upcoming IPO. It had nothing to do with Spectrum 7. These are facts not in dispute. The IPO was withdrawn, also not in dispute. When IPOs are withdrawn, lockup letters are waived when a shareholder wants to sell. There are no contradictions. This is in the 'noise' category, nothing more.
