I saw it and IMO CEOs and CFOs should NOT be able to shelter wealth (even in bankruptcy)...Some of these folks used to run firms like Global Crossing and now live in $90+ Million Mansions that may not be able to be confiscated even if wrongdoing is proven -- IMO, Congress needs to change the laws and close any loopholes (and things must apply to all states)...I'm sure law firms like Milberg Weiss would appreciate these new laws too <G>...It would help them more effectively go after the ILLEGAL assets that former Enron and Global Crossing executives may have...=)
