16:12 ET Veritas Software meets Q2 est, lowers Q3 guidance below consensus (VRTS) 16.99 -0.31: Reports Q2 pro forma EPS of $0.14, in line with the Multex consensus; revs were $364.7 mln, vs consensus of $360.2 mln. Co expects Q3 pro forma EPS of $0.11-$0.13 and rev to be $350-$370 mln, vs consensus of $0.15 and $372.6 mln.

16:05 ET RF Micro Device beats by a penny (RFMD) 9.10 -0.45: Reports Q1 (Jun) earnings of $0.01 per share, $0.01 better than the Multex consensus of $0.00; Q1 revs came in a $103.9 mln vs the consensus estimate of $98.8 mln.

16:19 ET VRTS falls 4% in reaction to guidance; RFMD rises 3%

Intc's missing numbers??? Looks like another buy signal.....the stock does not seem to be heading south "YET".....it is up on the news.
