HDI beats the street, they always find a way

As usual they release the PR way before the actual SEC document. They wait til almost the last day to file the SEC doc usually.

I did notice the write off on the pension plan return.

As soon as I see the real SEC doc, I'm going to take a look to see if I notice any shuffling. I noticed shuffling of numbers for the last year and a half.

One good thing that HDI has going for it is the 100th anniversary celebration coming up now for 2003. Another thing is that HDI compared to the rest of the stock market seems like a safer investment by comparison alone. At least they've been around a while, are profitable and aren't being sued by the SEC. Nowadays that's good investing in the stock market. People are more interested in not losing money than in continued percentage growth at the moment.
